Calcasieu was decent yesterday. 8 bass 7 of them about a pound and a half. If you fish it you know a pound and a half is a good fish

Living in Monroe. From New Orleans. The river fishing should be recent post spawn. I'd find lake fishing situations along the river and flipping beavers into 4 fow.

I wasn't flipping though I was casting worms. Bubblegum worms. My dad was using baby brush hog in watermelon red in water with 5 inches of visibility

Went this morning caught just 1 it was a little over a pound on west fork. It was really high and muddy

A little past the mouth of Houston on west fork. Sunday I hit English bayou. The water is insanely high and all this rain the past couple days hasn't helped

If the water is super high and you can make a small drive north-east, I'd check out Dawson

Well we have been.working them lately 20 a trip most over a pound and a few over 2 pounds. Good size on the cal-ca-chew
