Recently, the Shimano citica G is no longer available on TW's website. Does anybody know why this is? Could it be that Shimano is going to launch a new citica at iCast this year?

Citica I ? Is there one? Love the E..haven't tried a G but they aren't as nice to look at and don't feel as nice in hand. I think Tackle Tour gave it a better review than the E though. I hope a newer and better Citica is to come. I don't turn my nose up at Citica's at all. Great reels.

There is no I. The G is still on the Shimano USA site, but it's due for a refresh.

I picked up a G this past winter and I was shocked how good it casts. The spool is really light for a 200 size. And it palms super comfortable.
