So I have been reading, reading, and reading some more trying to determine which rod in the E6X lineup would be a good hard jerkbaits rod for my rogues and shadow raps. I'm kind of on the fence between the 843C CBR and the 812C SBR. I'm not sure if the 843 would be stiff enough to work the bait faster being a mod/fast but then on the other side I don't want the 812 being an extra fast ripping the bait out of the fishes mouth. So I am coming to you guys for guidance, any help or other recommendations would be really appreciated.

I would think the 782 would be the way to go. The imx and glx versions were always great stickbait rods

That would almost be better to just being shorter since I'm not the tallest individual.

Definitely go for the shorter rod. I'm quite a bit taller than your average person and a seven footer is just about too long. 6'8 is perfect for me.
