I have only fished lakes with the exception of trout in rivers my whole life. I bought a kayak last year and am planning of doing some river trips this year in SE PA. However, I have no idea what lures to use and where to fish for the bass. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I am in the same boat\kayak as you. From what I have been told\read use a lot of similar presentations. Specifically spinnerbaits, tubes, wacky, swimjigs, paddle tail or grubs on a jig head. Depending on line weight you use for lakes you might want to up size on the river in a kayak lots of variables.
