Zoom Speed Worms

I got a bag of watermelon colored Zoom Speed worms in my stocking a few years ago. I was organizing bags I forgot I even had and ran across them. I've never used one. What application are they best for? Do you rig them weightless like a Senko? They seem heavy like those.

edit: I should have mentioned they're the "cut tail" design.

Burn them on top of the water over some vegetation and hold on tight to your rod!!

I know just the place I want to try them.

If you get the magnum size they also work well sub surface. I use 1/8 or 1/4 oz weight in front Texas rigged and reel like a spinnerbait and work the same type areas.

I Texas rig them with a light bullet sinker and fish them like I would a blade bait, with an on/off bottom retrieve. You can feel the vibes when lifting it off the bottom, just like with a blade bait. Very effective in vegetation for LM's.

Try Rage Tail Cut-R Worms they are heavy enough to throw with out adding a weight!
