Duckett Warranty

Featured Replies

I recently bought a 6'6 MH MM Pro from tackle warehouse after a couple months of use I dropped it on a hookset and the microwave eye completely ripped out. I had it shipped back to duckett fishing about a week ago and I still haven't heard back. Any ideas on what they will do or when I can expect to hear back. Thanks!

I suggest you call. Be mindful that I've heard that theyre hard to get a hold of at times so you might have to keep trying.

What is their policy on covering self inflicted damages?

Just call them, they will probably have you pay the replacement fee, but you'll get a brand new rod. They were very easy to deal with when I broke my micro magic

Three weeks from date you sent it to receive a new rod is what you can expect. I just dealt with them and that is what they told me.

Ask for William. He is extremely helpful.
