Looking for help picking out a rod to throw large topwater walking lures on. I'm throwing baits in the 1oz 5-6" size range, baits like the Gan Craft S Caper. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance!!

    I immediately thought of this rod.  Ironic you need it for a Gan Craft lure. 

     

    I use mine for peacocks in Brazil.  You will not be disappointed.  They come up on Ebay as well as other Japanese sites.  I forgot where I got mine.
