    What's the water level like in Castaic and the Lagoon?

    The water level at castaic is way waaay down.  the water level at the lagoon is almost perfect just because all of those deep reeds are now on the surface makingfor some really nice punching oppurtunities.

    How's the bite at the lagoon?  I will be going there this saturday fishing from shore.  I've been there only once and got skunk.  This will be my second time and hoping to atleast hook up onto a dink.
