Just curious if others are coming to High Point, NC this weekend?  Plan on driving over Sat AM and Sunday afternoon.  Got some good seminars planned and always good to see what else is out there.

Was a great show.  Was great catching up with another BR member, bowtech_182.  Of course there was so much to do and see that I didn't see him again after our initial meeting Saturday AM.  

I stayed in the seminars about 80% of the time.  Having done this for little over a year now I was wanting to learn some new some stuff.  Learned a lot of great things that am wanting to try - snake skins, foam core and graphite, micro guides, etc. and learned a lot about lathes - that is next on my list!

Best part of the show, one of my rod building hero's, Rich Forhan, gave me his jig that he has been using to determine grip locations for the rod's he builds.  I will continue to use this jig and will be a special tool for me.

Amazing all the sharing and discussions that take place.

this is probably my first post here! i went again this year! what a deal! great deals on everything. i think next year i will try to get off for saturday and sunday. i have went in on sundays last year and this year. i did pick up 16 blanks, bunches of the little bitty micro guides i though were lost before i even got to look at the closely- man they're little things. saved a bunch of money, saw awesome rods(riley's rods were spectacular, as well as the other many phenomonal rods there). the savings on shipping paid for my gas from hickory, nc!
