I have just gotten a place on lake fork and was wondering if someone could help me figure it out. Any tips will help.

A very large percentage of the lake is standing timber. Not to say you can't catch fish flippin trees, because I'm sure you can. It just makes for some pretty broad advice when you're looking at multiple large sections of lake that look like this

I use to fish Lake Fork quite a bit. Post spawn and through out summer look for deeper structure, such as submerged creek beds, old roads, old farm ponds. One of my favorite spots was where a old creek bed ran into an old farm pond. The bass would stack up in that creek bed near where it intersected the pond.

Also be on the look out for schooling bass and always have a rattle trap ready to go.

Carolina rigs or jigging those large spoons are good for fishing deep water.

Don't overlook the bream fishing on that lake either.
