It's time to spend some R&D money and come up with a better mounting method.  I have an engineering background and am pretty handy with more tools than anyone should own, and it still took me an hour to get the 4 new bolts installed.

 

Also maybe you could include the 1/2 cent set screw in the new pulley.  I had to take the old one out of the plastic pulley.

Mine was already installed on my power wrapper when I got it! I wouldn't want to remove mine as it looks like there isn't much clearance to get my fat fingers in there.

When I bought it, the wrapper with the upgrade was back ordered so it was this one or wait.  I don't like waiting.  In fact I would still be waiting from Mudhole.  I had Bridgemasters order this one for me and I picked it up last Sat.
