I know that there is also Crappie.com, and Im on that as well, just looking for as many opinions as possible.

 

Yeah the BR forums are awesome and the people are friendly :)  I joined BR mostly to learn new bass techniques after a long break, and of course also help others and share my experience whenever I can.

Meeting anglers who cast their line for other species is a huge bonus :)

caught my first and only crappie a few weeks ago on the pond behind the house. We just stocked the pond with 100 channel cats, 50 bass, 50 crappie and already had hundreds of bluegill in it. I was surprised how much they had grown in just a few months.

I caught him on these with a small jig head, picked them up from walmart.... the blue gill seem to love them to

Harvest those panfish or they'll never get big.
