Me and my buddies never seem to have luck while fishing for big catfish in pay lakes. We will catch 10lbers and around that at neighborhood lakes with no problems then when we spend all night at a pay lake with big ones in there we seem to have no luck. We use bluegill, shad, gold fish, and other stuff they sell at the place and never have any luck. I don't know what else to try

Only thing that ever worked for me was to throw on one when it rolls they are usually grouped up. I'll never go to another pay lake imo a waste of money and the fish taste horible when it's hot.
