Any easy how too videos???

are you talking about plain trim bands ( 3-4 wraps of a different color thread in accenting your main wrap ) or are you talking about weaves ???

I do them with a nail knot around my finger.

This I tried a handful of ways and found this to work the best for me if I'm adding them to the end of the wrap. If it's one that's in the middle or what not then I just lay the thread in wrap over it locking it then wrap it around desired times then tuck it under and wrap it with the running thread locking it. Just be careful if you use a thread that ends up transparent like I did on my fly build you can see the tags but it adds character so I didn't mind.
