Help me out here. After looking at your original post, are these pictures of crankbaits you have painted or painted pictures of crankbaits?

Ok, I will later after I do some hunting but trust me. My art skills arent that good. :D

If you've seen my crankbait paint jobs, trust me; you have nothing to worry about. ;D Look forward to seeing your pics.

Right under the window that you type in is a "browse" button. Click that and then select the pic you want to load. Hope that helps. can't wait to see them.

Seems you have the right idea on the color schemes, now get an airbrush and lay on some paint.

BTW, exactly how old are you?

I dont like talking about my age. sorry. And I told you, I knew you guys would  hate it.

Wow, that is some...  Wow, interesting art...  I want to assume that since you don't want to say how old you are, that you are probably 11.  :D  Here is a tip.  Use the circle, squiggle tool, and the straight lines to your advantage in paint.  I have made some incredible 3D art in it, and I can tell you that they come out way better if you take your time to shape it up!  ;)

They look good man! If I was drawing crank's when I was your age I would probably be alot better at painting them!!!  :D;)

i agree with speedbead, the colors look right, just get an airbrush, work on blending with it, and paint some real baits!

I think you have workable schemes. Just focus on honing and fine tuning. Not sure how old you are and it really doesn't matter, but an airbrush is useful but not necessary. If you are indeed a teen or preteen, you can get by and obtain great results with water based acrylic paints and hand brushes.  Keep at it.

alright, I'll ask my dad to get some wood, paint, and brushes since I already have a fly-tying/ lure holder. How would you guys like if I try to carve some Zara Spook or "Walk the Dog" baits, paint them, take pictures, then posted them up on here?  :-?
