T3 1016 great reel, will cast pretty much anything you want to cast.

When I am throwing 3/4oz + punch rigs in milfoil and nastyness, I want my broom stick and not my ds rod. when I am in open water I will take my ML rod and have fun with light line.

I am at the point now where unless I get a deal on something nice unless its on clearance (t3's) or used. I think I am gonna buy some omens if I like the one I am looking at or maybe some envys.

I set a 5 gallon bucket on its side under a bush in my back yeard and pratice flipping jigs in to it. It has helped me a lot. Now I cover part of the bucket opening almost halfway and will work at that till I get it down.

I just tried my first expensive flouro this year in sniper and I like it a lot. Would like to try tatsu soon as I hear nothing but greatness about it.

I like them but I like the havoc pit boss and missle dbombs

I dont mind them, but I may not use them for their "intentions" for example... I have a 73H mod fast KLX that is suppose to be for jigs,creature baits ect, but I love it as a spinnerbait rod.

Goose that 77mr still treating you good? I am looking to get it for lipless, shallow to med cranks and maybe some lighter spinnerbaits like 3/8oz

Ive been using my t3b since they came out. The heaviest stuff my area has to offer. No problems with braid or flex and I have pulled some nice bass out of some nasty salad. Love my t3b. Like my tatula r so far but will be getting a few t3s.

These rods have been out a little bit now. Those of you who have fished them, whats your concensus on the new rod and possibly how it stacks up vs the older series.

Anybody with any suggestions

I hop those with a scrounger and it works well.

Anybody have suggestions for an ohio angler on where to go and maybe rent a boat a couple days. Or possibly guide us we would take care of food and some beers after. I dont know anything about the area and I need to fish while on vacation lol.

For flukes i use either a 7' medium fast spinnung rod or a mh casting rod. All of which are dobyns

I have a dx744c and love it, I want a 745 as well, to cover the wide spectrum of jigs and trigs I throw.

Those look good, ironically enough out of all the topwaters I throw, I have never tossed a spook maybe I should give them a whirl.
