I have had all kinda of reels, Revos s and sx, curado e, patriarch( which ill be selling soon), and quantum energy and pt tour, I have sold them all and have nothing but CL and Pq Bps reels. For the $$$ you cant beat them and I feel as long as you take care of your stuff it will last. I have had the PQs for 3 or 4 seasons now I forget and have not had one problem. I have had a couple CLs since they came out with no problem. I just wish they would offer more gears in the CL.

Yep. Save the $30 and buy some terminal tackle. +1 I sold my curados and have converted to all PQ and carbonlites.

The carbonlite is on sale for 99$ Its better than the PQ, I have 3 and 2 pq's.

Love them, I use tilapia and green pumpkin red flake. I want to get some different colors, but I use 3/16-1/2oz weight and thrown them near and in cover. Janns netcraft near my house has them for $3.65/pack

I used it when I have sprayed lacquer based paints. I dont think it will hurt the metal at all.

If the serrano is a great reel, with reel service then why not? I dont care who makes a reel, if I can fish it and it preforms, thats all I care about.
