Going to use power shot this weekend at my tournament in heavy timber and wonder who all uses a leader like on a finesse dropshot. I have 16 and 20 lb copoly to use with 65 pound braid.

I used some 16 lb leader with 50 lb braid yesterday but it wasn't around a lot of cover just really thick submerged weeds. Worked great.

I use 15 or 17lb fluorocarbon leaders, with 30 or 50lb braid as the main line when power shotting.
