Fluorocarbon

Featured Replies

Sufix 100% fluorocarbon.

Those of u that have used what do u think?

any other line u would compare it to?

I'm not sure about the Sufix line of fluorocarbon, but I've used the Sunline FC Sniper with great success. The higher price is definitely worth it.

I don't like suffix. Have to many line management issues with it.  Switched to InvizX and that was night and day better but then I started breaking off a lot so I switched to Sunline. I'll never go back.

Used a spool of 12# and 6#.

Not a fan.

I use the 10 & 12 lb for leaders. Decent line with good knot strength. Can't really say how well it casts though because I've never tied on more than 20' at a time.

I usually buy Seaguar red label. I also really like the XPS white label 100% fluoro, although I believe that's been discontinued.

I and many others experience "shedding" with the suffix flouro. I have only heard good things about sunline, but I personally use the trilene 100% professional grade.
