Lake Casitas Night Fishing This Fri. Sat.

Featured Replies

Any going night fishing this Friday or Saturday at lake casitas?

Great opportunity to catch that fish of a lifetime.

It went off last night.  Using sinkos.  Everyone was catching 5 lb large mouth bass.  Tonight's not night fishing but I will still be there.

Does this lake only allow night fishing certain days of the year?

Night fishing is one weekend a month on Friday and Saturday's, sometimes Thursday during full moon

Sounds like a good time to take a giant wake bait out there

November and December or during the summer months?

Keep in mind you can't use your boat on Casitas without being inspected, dry & clean, then wait 35 days without using your boat during quarantine period. It's not a lake you can just go to and fish.

Thank you Brooke. Shore fishing is or was restricted to the northern shoreline public areas, marina and Coyote ramps areas would be good places to start.
