Snake heads any good, ever eat them?

I prefer cod, Pollack, flounder, catfish, but what do the snake heads taste like?

I had saltwater eels as a kid my uncle's would cook and eat everything. I guess the early way of life and the depression helped.

Not sure about eating their heads, but you can eat the rest of the snake. Raider, can you help him out with a recipe?
