New Reel

Featured Replies

I am getting a new reel and have narrowed it down to another reel
or the Shimano Curado 200i.

Looking for smoothness, longevity, and long range castability.

Keep in mind the only useful distance is one that you can still effectively set the hook. That being said I've owned a 200i and handled a concept. I would go with the shimano all day. Just my personal preference.

I have three 200's, one in each gearing, really like it, if you can get for $119, it's a steal IMO. At 119 I may pick up another......gives me an excuse for next rod:)

Curado i is on sale for 119 at American legacy

$119 is a steal for the new Curado.

"Another reel" lol. Groan. Lol.

No leftys in stock or I would have grabbed one. Looks like the sale is on until midnight central tonight.
