Hi all.

Just wondering. What do you all have more fun catching, Large Mouth Bass or Peacock?

A peacock  will out fight a bass any day of the week. That being said, although I have caught numerous peacocks, I enjoy hunting for Big LMB more.

Peacocks on light tackle is what I'm after.

Peacock Bass are more fun to catch in general since they fight much harder than a largemouth bass of equal size.Even a 5 pound peacock bass will fight harder than a 10 pound largemouth bass. With that said,I rather catch another +10 pound largemouth bass than a peacock bass under  8 pounds .

If you like the thrill of hunt with a short term battle go catch a big LM

If you like to have one of the hardest prolonged battles you'll ever have, go catch a Peacock of most any size.

I love the fights peacocks put up, even the smaller ones.
