I am looking to start making my own plastics, as I chew through 20-30 packs in a season. I will be purchasing items in the next day or so, and have a question.

How many plastics will 1 quart of Plastisol make?

I just want to make sure I purchase enough Plastisol to spend an evening making some plastics.

1 qt around 75 to 100 5" sticks need salt and softner as well

depending on how intricate the pours are a quart should last you more then a nights worth of pouring. I recomend a gallon though insted of a quart.

X2.  It is so much more cost efficient to get the gallon. 

What kind of worms are you making?  The amount you can make varies on the style.

I was planning on getting a gallon, and softener.  I have some already ordered, and will be getting everything else ordered today.

I plan on doing 4" grubs with some frogs, tubes, senkos, and creatures to start off with.

Sounds like you have a plan in place. I agree with the other posts. One place that can hook you up with supplies is www.bearsbaits.com. He has great products and excellent customer service. Another is lurecraft. Good luck and welcome to the sickness!

Yeah, I went with the injection. I had purchased the medium, and dual color injectors.

Catt (Cattaraugus) Creek is located in Western New York, and is filled with smallmouth bass, trout, and your occasional walleye when your at the mouth of Lake Erie.

On topic, i ordered through Lurecraft. I also found the gallon to be the way to go.

For around these parts, its a lot.  I had taken a look at lurecraft, and had purchased a gallon from Bear.
