Fish slow and deep. Make sure your presentation is getting down to the fish, they won't move very far to eat a bait. I would skip the faster water and concentrate on the slow pools. 

use 6# flouro leader and dwn size everything. size 14 or smaller hooks and single eggs or minnies.
