Does anyone have a good suggestions on a good rod to match up with a Ci4+ 3000 that balances well? The reel is so light that I find it a little tip heavy on the rod it's currently on. ( Abdu Garcia Villain)

That means the rod isn't balanced. Reel weight don't effect balance unless you are holding the rod completely in front of the reel.  A balanced rod balances with any reel if you are palming it.  

Are you talking about a spinning reel or casting? The 3000 part makes me think spinning.

I just paired a CI4+ 2500 size spinning reel with a Powell Max 3D ML rod and they balance beautifully.

I have a CI4+ 3000 size reel on a 6'10" ML spinning rod and the balance is great. Sorry, I have no info on a M or MH rod.

I have found that light spinning reels can make a rod feel tip heavy, especially on longer rods.  Can you take your reel to the store and put it on different rods to find one that balances well?

Yes, I have a Ci4 3000 Spinning Reel, the rod  currently I have it on is a 7ft M

This is the reason why I never cared for the ci4 spinning reels. Light is not always a good thing in a spinning reel.
