Looking for a rod builder in the Spokane, WA area

Featured Replies

I know this is a long shot but I am looking for a rod builder that is somewhat close to me. I had a rod built last year but the builder was not local and I would like to be more involved with this build.

The last rod I had built was built on a Northfork HM blank and I am extremely happy with the quality of the rod so I will probably look at using the same blank. If anybody know somebody and could let me know that would be great. It seems everybody I find only builds fly rods.

Thanks,

Jeremy

I'll do that, thank you.

Batson, which is located in Sequim btw, has a list of verified rod builders.  They should be able to help you.

Thank you all very much for your help.

Here's a couple in Spokane (though I'm sure there's plenty more)

NFC has a certified rod builder list, with one listed for Spokane:
Barrett Custom Fishing Rods
barrettcustom@gmail.com
www.barrettcustom.com

But there's a lot of great builders around the country who're used to working with people over the phone and shipping a complete rod.
