No bass this trip, just pickerel, yellows and crappie.

Some what of a high pressure day and the fish were not as enthusiastic as normal   for this locale. The yellows are full of roe  now and on the feed.About 7 of them,with 1@ 13=1/2" . 2 nice crappies @13",that took a 4" jerk. Everything on jerks, from 2=1/2" to 4"

Nice perch.  I catch big perch in the spring on 4-6" jerkbaits. It always amazes me.

Dwight,Ya gotta love the  way they whack them too.The way this winter is going ,they may spawn[tap out ] soon.

I can`t get them to take jigs just yet??

Times past 1/8 oz hair & 2" beattle spin grubs were favorites for them.

Those are some beautiful perch indeed! Congrats! The cold has re-settled around here, so the ponds are frozen solid. Will be for a couple of more weeks at least.
