Does anybody have an idea of where to find these? They were my go to and favorite blades for years.  Im down to my last 2.  Loooks very similar to a willow except at split ring end they had indentions like an arrowhead.  Stamped on them were "ultra vibe". Had more vibration like a colorado but thinner bait-like profile and flash of the willow. 

They obviously caught fish for you but do they behave different than a standard willow leaf ?

Yes. One of the 2 i have pictured did have a same size regular willow. I swapped them out on the lake and there is a diffrence. The blades shown have  noticably more thump to them.
