I need some help. Any tips on fishing Kingsley Lake in Starke Florida? I'm looking to catch the bigger bass in there, and I know they're in there. I've just only been catching Dinks...

I've caught them to 8 pounds out of that lake.

Do the work, there's no shortcuts to these fish in Florida. Before long & maybe even now, these fish will attempt to spawn, weather permitting. You can also attempt golden shiners if your so inclined. 7" straight worms & snagless sally's were key for me. Watch the snakes, Kingsley was loaded with them when I was there.

I fished it once and caught a few dinks.I'd use 8 pound test .The lake used to be gin clear.I heard someone caught one around 15 out of there last year.Sight fishing beds.Google it and it'll come up.
