Perfect!  I'm on it!

I use a black and or white paint marker you can find in a hobby store. It's actual paint and I found it lasted longer than a sharpie.

I know what depths all my baits dive.......Must not have enough yet 

I used to do this back when I was a teenager. I think I got the idea from either Bassmaster magazine or a fishing show.

Regardless, it is a good idea.
