I am taking two guys trout fishing this weekend. Neither one of these guys can fly fish or even wade any more. I have plenty of deep holes where I can let them just sit in a lawn chair and fish. What baits do you guys recommend other then worms, minnows and salmon eggs.

Power Bait trout eggs and dough. Much easier to deal with than real eggs.

Powerbait eggs or Gulp eggs on a slip sinker rig on the bottom, 2 eggs on a small egg hook or mosquito hook. The most novice of fishermen could catch trout with those baits.
