Jig/Frog rod?

Featured Replies

So i am trying to kill two birds with one stone and not sure if I can accomplish this. I am looking at new mojo bass because of the SCIII graphite, which will provide me more sensitivity over older models. I think a the 7'3" MHF would be a good rod for that but could it also work decently as a frog rod because of croix's tendency to run a little heavy? Thanks all

Yes, that should work just fine as long as the tip will load properly to cast a frog.

So would something like the MHMF be a better option? Ill be using braid so hook sets with jigs shouldnt be to bad.
