Line options

Featured Replies

I would like some options. Using this for anything except heavy cover and topwaters.  Need something affordable. Price is an issue.

I don't like braid due to no slack line sensitivity for bottom contact baits.

I like the sensitivity of floro vs mono. The only copolymer I have used was yozuri and it felt like a rubber band compared to sunline floro. I use big game for topwaters but for bottom contact baits it feels like rubber band.

Line diameter is something I like to keep smaller because of fishing in heavier current.

Smaller diameter, sensitive, slack line sensitivity, affordable, and low stretch. Probably not going to get that from all in the same line. Just hoping and seeing what is out there.

I've had great success with SILVER THREAD.    Haven't seen too many using it.

I have the 6 and 8# on several bait asters and have been very pleased with it.

I bought it in bulk spools a year ago and price was reasonable.

Nanofil. It's not very abrasion resistant but it fits all the things you listed.
