Im looking for a budget spinning rod for dropshotting (very sensitive). Under the $100 mark. Looking to get my dad a nice spinning rod for fathers day. Hes pretty much only used walmart rods and most of them broke lol. Any suggestions

You could also look at the Bass Pro Carbonlite rods.

They're very nice at $99, and currently on sale for $79.

You can´t get more budget than a Berkley Lightning Rod and I´ve caught thousands of fish with them for years.
