Should i get the medium heavy fast action for versatality or the medium fast action. I will be using trigs,cranks,jigs,topwater,spinnerbaits,buzzbaits,chatterbaits.

So for versatility I should get the MF instead of the mhf? I want to fish Texas rigs jigs cranks some top water and spinners would the mf work for all these?

Im looking for a really sensitive casting rod between $100 and $200 for bottom contact baits.

I'm thinking about picking up 2 fenwick hmgs from ffo tackle. Are they good rods for $58.88? Any of you guys had experience with them, I plan on getting one for crank baits and one for trigs and pairing them up with inceptions.

So I'm looking for a good cranking rod under $150. I used to own a skeete Reese s glass it was pretty nice rod had a lot of bend but I sold it... I'm thinking of buying a Dobyns fury cranking rod..

I dont know I've just never had this problem lol, my FL got soaked in saltwater and regular still works great had to clean out all the sand though. Maybe you guys just got a bad reel lol

I slipped off a rock and fell in the water and my fl got soaked worked the same didnt feel a difference....

Get the Shimano symetre FL they are amazing reels featuring xship. I own one for my dropshot rod. The reel is very smooth and durable even used it for surf fishing just a beast. Why are you guys leaving out the symetre FL it's $90 to $100 new on ebay. And it has xship.....

Yeah im not going to get it because it has no fishing accessories on it, and the plastic is very old.
