I like to give credit where credit is due.  

Plano: Sent a plastic lid replacement to my tackle box  that I broke(I told them that) to me free of charge(offered to pay). 

Abu Garcia: Sent me a bale assembly for an old Ike dude reel free of charge.  The old one came loose and I lost the wire bale.  I was just calling them to ask if any other reel parts were compatible and they hooked me up, 3 days later the reel is fixed   

Good companies stand behind their products!

    Twice now I've had issues with different sizes of Pfluegar Supreme MGX spinning reels. Both times I sent them in, within a week I had a new Supreme XT at my door.

    Shimano did the same thing a long time ago with a lower end bait caster.
