Looking for anyone that can give me any info on speed and handling of the Stratos 285proxl 18 1/2 foot bass boat with a 150 yahama v max.

would like to know top end speed.

My t/x parner is running around 60-63 with a full t/x load and myself on board. He is using a 4 blade 24 pitch prop. He has a 150 merc is the only difference.

I had a 285 Pro Elite with Dual Console and a Johnson 175 Ficht running a 4 blade 24" pitch prop. With a full tank of gas, tourney load and myself at 290 and my partner at 190 we got 60 to 61 MPH with my GPS consistently.

The boat handled like a dream rough water was not a problem for this boat and gliding I can't explain how well this boat glided once you got off the gas!!! It would go for ever just gliding through the water

we had a 285 pro elite, 175 johnson and with 2 people and t load we would hit 70 but that was with a 6" jackplate, and a 25" renegade 4 blade prop.  

I would imagine your boat would hit 68 max.  With T load around 65
