Western Washington, Tacoma Area Meet Up

Featured Replies

Hello friends,

I live in the Tacoma area and would like to meet up with some fellow bass anglers to snag some fish. If you want to meet up to do a bit of fishing, drop me a PM or reply to the thread.

Take care,

-Blane

Where are some good ponds and lakes near Enumclaw?

I haven't fished any lakes near Enumclaw, but I have been scuba diving in Lake Tapps. We saw a ton of large mouth just hanging out. They would come right up to us.

The is my PB caught this last Friday evening on black buzz bait. She put up a great fight. I don't have a scale, so I don't know the weight. :/

Who says WA doesn't have any decent sized bass?!!

Nice bass therivermonster!

Austin, around Enumclaw, I know Lake Sawyer is good. It's in Black Diamond.

I'll be going to Western Bass Club's June fish-in as a guest and am hoping to attend my first meeting this month as well.

I will also be checking out Five Mile Lake in Auburn sometime this next week.

fyi, I'm a member of WBC.  Won't be able to make it to the fish-in, however.  Let me know when you want to do the meet-up.  Hopefully my schedule will permit it.

Those underwater pics are awesome!

Fellow western WA angler here, I'm down closer to the Chehalis area though. I heard Capital City Bass Club out of Olympia is a pretty good group of guys so I'm gonna look into that.

Glenn, what part of Washington are you from and what have you been catching fish on?
