I am currently looking to buy a used/new bass boat in the price range of 10-25k. I have been researching on my own but I am new to this so I want peoples opinion on what to look for. To be more specific, I'm not looking for obvious things to look for, I'am more interested in things that a noob wouldn't really know or wouldn't think to look for. I do understand the business side of buying a used boat or new very well when it comes to negotiating. I think having this extra information that y'all will provide me with will help in my negotiating power and help me reach the right price for me!

It's been said 10k times and will be said 10k more. Take the boat to a certified mechanic and have them inspect the motor AND Lower unit top to bottom. (compression, leak down, spark, voltage, etc) That's really it. You're spending 10-25k on a boat...don't cheap out on a 100-200$ inspection if you aren't capable yourself. If it checks out, take it on the water and drive it for an hour. Hull inspection is easy.  Just check for damage, leaks, cracks (make sure transom isn't cracked or cracking) and make sure everything works. If it checks out, you're good. Motor is your biggest expense.
