Gamakatsu Swivel Shot G-Finesse Hooks

Featured Replies

anyone using these? Just saw them today for the first time but it seems like it would work great. I haven't really been drop shotting for that long but these hooks should save line, rigging time and make changing leader size way quicker? so anyone using them and if so how you like em?

Haven't used yet, but I've been quite interested in them for a long time.

Also, new hook from Gammy made for Shin Fukai:

That's the same hook, the octopus swivel hook...not the split/drop I thought it was at first.

i've tried the swivel hooks, but keep going back to the non swivel version.  may just be me, but i feel like my hookup ratio goes down on the swivel hooks.  i'd rather tie on a swivel somewhere above the hook if i'm having a lot of trouble with line twist.  i'm not dropshot master though, so you might want to take my opinion as a less experienced one!

that seems like a lot of hardware to put  on the front of a finesse bait ....

Although I haven't used these yet, I do use the VMC and Trokar versions and I really like them.

picked up a pack of those but when comparing to the VMC there was just too much going on so I left with the VMC drop shots
