I just got that lure in Party Crasher. Looks like it would imitate a shad or lite rainbow trout. I think that's a good start, I do want to pick up one more.

How well does the smaller 130 swim?

Bone has been far and away the best producer for me, have not had luck with the shad colors. My BIL does well with lite trout, despite there being nearly zero trout in any of the waters around here. I also know of a couple guys that do well with baby bass here. 

The 130 does not swim well IMO, it's too small to work correctly. The smaller Savage Gear Shine Glide is a good smaller glide bait. 

Perch and Kokanee.   Looks like Perch (duh) and Alewives.

Warden hitch, bone and bluegill.  Although I throw the bluegill the most, I have caught fish on all!

Well I did have one in bone and one in baby bass. I guess I tied a poor knot on the bone one, because I tried to bomb it out there and watched my detached lure soar off into the sunset. So now I just have baby bass.
