I've been looking online at Helix models and the prices are all over the place. Where do you guys get your finders? Which ones are trustworthy? It appears Digital Oasis might be the cheapest? Anybody dealt with them? Thanks!

I have and all went well. Did you check Universal Mania as well? I have used them several times and not a problem. I have found them to usually have the best prices I could find.

Hodges Marine has good pricing occasionally.

There have been sales on the KVD Side Imaging units lately from several marine electronics dealers.

You just have to be doing your on-line searching at the right time to get the absolute lowest prices at a particular time.

Do they do Black Friday or cyber Monday deals? Or any particular times of the year for extra low pricing? Don't get me wrong these prices I've seen are way lower than the big box stores.

A lot of dealers are reducing their stock of the KVD SI models. You won't see any lower any other time. Those are special reductions.

May be some Black Friday sales for a couple hundred off, but not like those special sales.

Nope, same unit with the red bling.

Back in August I bought the KVD Helix 10 SI for $1200 shipped. Probably not the lowest price these went for (shipped)...but a pretty good price. As has been mentioned, you get the three baits (a 6XD, a spinnerbait, and a 3rd that I've already forgotten) and the red accents on the unit.  The only downside that I see is that the red will eventually fade to pink. BUT, for the $$$ savings, I can live with a sonar with pink accents...
