It's been too rough out there for me to go saltwater fishing but has anyone ever caught anyone fish like snook and jack in Coral Springs? The C14 canal is really close to coral springs

Fish around the water control structures with current.  Snook love to hang around these structures.  There are also freshwater snook, tarpon, and jacks that live their whole life in freshwater.  They also hang out around moving current, the closer to the coast the better.

Have caught plenty of freshwater snook and tarpon, but not in the C-14 canal since I am specifically targeting bullseye snakehead.Have caught plenty of big snakehead in that area.

I moved from that area 25 years ago, but Kings Point and the canals feeding into it were excellent places to fish just south of C-14 (west end).  I'm not sure how built up that area is now though.

I would love to know the answer. Fish there a whole lot and catch bunch of snakeheads
