Hello,

Will be visiting Fort Myers this month, fishing from shore what places would you recommend and are open to public?  Places that are kid friendly are a plus, I will also fish alone as well.  Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Jason....the development where I stay in Ft Myers is a golf community with several ponds on the property,they are fishing friendly...check with where you are staying and see if they have anything available for you

    Hello,

    We are staying on the ocean side, with a golf course fairly close.  Gators a concern on these ponds?
