lowrance Elite 7 Chirp problem

I bought a used boat that has two Elite 7 Chirps.  Under frequency choices I should have High and Low Chirp choice but I don't.  Does anyone know why?

    I reset the finder and then selected the transducer and everything works now.

    Ok....455 kHz and 800 kHz are both StructureScan frequencies. I think you have the wrong screen active. Try putting up just a 2D sonar screen, the whole screen. Now see what choices you have for frequency.
