Bass fishing in Indiana

Featured Replies

Your going to have to find your own ponds, truly great ponds are closely held secrets.  Good lakes to start at depend on where your located in the state, but guist, Waveland, and eagle creek are all decent lakes.

I have boated and played on Patoka  looks good. lot of deep grass. and grass patches. never fished it .thinking of trying it this summer

Have you made it to patoka yet? Been meaning to head up there. Only about 1.5 hrs away for me.

I have not have had weddings and other usual things that seem to pop up. been doing great locally tho , most bass still right on the bank here in southern Indiana.

Yes I'm still having luck shallow as well. Haven't caught a fish deep yet. Frogs, poppers, and flipping/pitching is what is working for me lately
