my cousins deer this season. was after an 18 point settled for this.

My cousin had 2 monsters get hit by cars off his property. He still shot a nice one, but not like what could have been. This is one of them in velvet on his trail cam.

and the other still alive in the median after it had been mortally wounded by a vehicle.

Thankfully they'll be replaced quickly on his farm in central Kansas.

Man I hate seeing that buck in the median like that. Reminds me of a similar situation I came upon on the highway once. Deer was thrashing about but couldn't get up so the state patrol put him out of his misery.
