Does anyone use this specific coat and can you tell me if it is a good value for the money? I'm just looking for something to keep me dry while out on the kayak during the early spring months. If you do own one,do they fit pretty true to size? I read somewhere online that the coat is kinda short. That's a concern since I'll be sitting down in the kayak a lot of the time. 

Can't say anything about that particular rain jacket, however it is my experience when kayak fishing in the rain, if you choose to wear the jacket then rain pants become a necessity. The jacket just seems to funnel all the water down and soaks your pants. So for me, if it's a light rain I just wear a hooded sweatshirt and deal with it. Heavier rains I wear the whole suit.
