So I am booked for a 2 day trip to Roland Martin marina with 2 8hr trips.  Has anyone been here recently and what was their experience.  Me and my buddy are from NY and will be in Miami or 2 weeks for work and have a free weekend, so a guided trip is our best resource since we won't have our rods/gear and no boat. 

How are the guides there?  They told me they go on a rotation.

It's a great place with great people. You will catch plenty of fish and depending on the weather you can catch a absolute toad. You will have tons of fun. This lake is different than any other in the world. Also please let me know what they do and how good you do. Good luck 

Spend some time at the Tiki Bar, beer is reasonably priced and they usually have fishing on a couple TVs. If yall are going to use shiners, hold on you will catch a giant 

I stay there all the time, at least once a month, sometimes 2. 

Thier rooms are clean, comfortable and very convenient. Thier rates are in line with all the other motels in Clewiston. The "trailers" have a kitchen with all appliances.
